COLLECTOR OF EXHAUST GAS IN LIME FURNACE PUSHER

PURPOSE: A collector of exhaust gas in lime furnace pusher is provided. The pusher, an accessary of preheater to heat lime previously in front of rotary kiln, keeps temperature and pressure of preheating chamber appropriate for work and helps pusher operate smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The collector is mainly composed of a circular rod(50), wirerope(54), ball(56) and ring-shaped hole(62). The circular rod is fixed at a rod which is moved forward and backward by cylinder(13) connected to the pusher. The wirerope located inside fine powder collecting box(60) is suspended at a fixed ring(52) in the middle of the circular rod. The ball bigger than an outlet hole(62) on the bottom of the fine powder collecting box is connected to the wirerope. The ring-shaped hole located on inner wall of fine powder collecting box keeps wirerope guided.
