PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS COMPOSITION FOR ACCELERATION SENSOR

PURPOSE: Provided is a piezoelectric ceramics composition for acceleration sensor, which has high piezoelectric voltage constant and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric ceramics composition comprises aPb(Co1/3 Nb2/3)O3-bPbZrO3-cPbTiO3 (0.01<=a<=0.10, 0.30<=b<=0.60, 0.30<=c<=0.60, mole ratio) as main components, and Cr2O3 0.1-0.5wt.% and CeO2 0.1-0.5wt.% offering good piezoelectric effects. The composition is prepared by mixing the above components and calcining 700-1000deg.C for 1-5hrs.
