PURPOSE: A zincate treatment method using ultrasonic agitation is provided to simplify the process of treatment by reducing the number of treatment, to form a uniform and fine surface zinc layer, to reduce the inner residual stress of a produced plating layer, and to improve the adhesion force between a plated layer and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: The method for performing the zincate treatment of electroless plating on an aluminum pad comprises the steps of: washing it with an appropriate solution; starting zincate treatment by putting a zincate solution composed of zinc oxide, sodium hydroxide, Rochelle salt, and sodium citrate into an ultrasonic appliance; and agitating the zincate solution for a desired time by applying an ultrasonic waves in a frequency zone of 28 to 40kHz.
