PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share the use of DC side parts of a VVVF inverter side and a SIV inverter side. SOLUTION: In a power supply device provided with a main inverter 109 for feeding a motor 110 for driving a vehicle and an auxiliary inverter 209 for feeding an auxiliary equipment 201 for the vehicle to parallel-receive the electric power of a transmission line via a pantograph 100, a discharging resistor 111 is connected in parallel to a filter capacitor 108 of the main inverter, and a discharging resistor 211 is connected in parallel to a filter capacitor 208 of the auxiliary inverter. A high-speed breaker 103, charging circuits 104, 105 connected in series to the breaker, a contactor 106 that is connected to the high-speed breaker 103 in parallel to the charging circuits, and a filter reactor 107 that is connected in series to a parallel circuit between the charging circuit and the contactor are connected in such a way as to shared in use of parts for the main inverter and the auxiliary inverter.
