PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer which is soft and excellent in stress-cracking resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer comprises a hydrogen-added block copolymer obtained by adding hydrogen to a block copolymer having, in the molecule, at least two polymer blocks A made of a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block B made of a conjugated dien compound, a polypropylene resin having a flexural modulus of 10-600 MPa and a softener. The elastomer has an A rigidity of 3-35 degrees.
