PURPOSE: A device for absorbing vibration of a standing seat of a turret-truck driven in a premises is provided to prevent the damage or deformation of a step plate by forming both sides of the step plate to be indented equally to or more than both sides of a bottom plate, thereby assuring safe driving. CONSTITUTION: In a device for absorbing vibration of a standing seat of a turret-truck driven in a premises, a step plate(5) of the standing seat is separated from a bottom plate(2) upward for allowing vibration in every direction via elastic elements(6), and bent portions(5a) are formed downward at both sides of the step plate. The bottom plate has downward bent side surfaces(2a) at both sides and concave cut parts(4) in the middle of the side surfaces. The bent portions of the step plate are positioned in the concave cut parts of the side surfaces of the bottom plate. The bent portions of the step plate are indented equally to or more than the ends of the side surfaces of the bottom plate. The elastic elements are formed of rubber for absorbing horizontal and vertical shock applied to the step plate by the road surface.
