PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain mechanical joining and airtight sealability by ultrasonic fusing. SOLUTION: A ridge 19 is formed on the periphery of one of a pair of resins 1 and 3, and a recessed part 21 in which the ridge part 19 is fitted so as to leave a gap is formed on the periphery of the other resin parts 3. Fusing contacts 19a and 19b are formed at the leading end of the ridge 19 on the inner and outer peripheral sides thereof, and fusing receiving part 21a and 21b for performing high frequency fusing by the contact with the fusing contact parts 19a and 19b are formed on the inner and outer peripheral sides of the deep part of the recessed part 21. The fusing contacts 19a and 19b and the fusing receiving parts 21a and 21b are formed so that opposed distances are different on the inner and outer peripheral sides when they are opposed for the purpose of high frequency fusing, and the fusing contact parts 19a and 19b and the fusing receiving parts 21a and 21b with the inner and outer peripheral sides are fused so as to provide a time lag.
