PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a ceramic oscillator whose frequency can be controlled with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This invention provides a manufacturing method for a ceramic oscillator where a mother board 1 is polarized to form electrodes in the unit of respective ceramic oscillators, the mother board 1 is cut in a unit of each ceramic oscillator, and each ceramic oscillator is packaged to obtain a ceramic oscillator as a finished product. In the polarization process of the mother board 1, application of a DC high voltage to the electrodes of the mother board 1 is finished when an anti-resonance frequency fa for the thickness vibration of the mother board 1 reaches an object anti-resonance frequency during the polarization of the mother board corresponding to the object oscillating frequency of the finished product ceramic oscillator while applying the DC high voltage to the mother board 1. |
