PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner scattering from space between a magnetic seal member and a developing frame body with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The magnetic seal member 14 is arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction of a developing roller 19 so as to prevent toner leakage from both ends, and also a magnetic pole is arranged on the surface 14c1 of the member 14 opposed to the developing frame body 12, that is, constitution having magnetic field is provided in order to prevent the toner scattering from a very small gap 12g between the surface 14c1 of the member 14 and the frame body 12. |
