PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always protect data from a computer virus by execution of a security inspection means 12 at all times even to forgetting of execution of a software against the computer virus caused by carelessness of a user and to data entering his own computer before the user is aware of it. SOLUTION: This system has a program start control means for executing security inspection without time delay by generating an execution program including security inspection function by integrating an execution program with a security inspection means by using a dynamic linking means when an execution program instruction is given, and executing the execution program including security inspection function instead of the execution program.
