PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide as moving object detecting device at a low cost with which the tracking image of the object over a wide angle area in the circumstance of an imaging position is displayed by a distinct and magnified image only through the use of an imaging unit using a panoramic image block. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the panoramic image block 1 for capturing a photographing object image into an imaging part and an imaging device with which the whole photographing object image is formed. The imaging device consists of a plurality of partial imaging device groups having the number of magnifying output specification pixels with which the photographing object image is partially formed.
