PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication service providing system capable of offering an advantage of cost to both a service provide and a customer receiving a service. SOLUTION: An automatic incoming call response functioning part 50 sends a response message to a caller as well as connecting a line, also specifies a corresponding customer from a notified telephone number and also instructs a telephone transfer functioning part 51 to make a transfer request when an incoming call is received through a telephone line network. The telephone transfer functioning part 51 extracts a customer who provides a voice communication service, allocates a transfer destination, notifies the caller of the name of the customer of the transfer destination by a message, also makes a call to the telephone number of the customer of the transfer destination, and transfers the voice communication of a customer 4B who performs calling for a corresponding calling jog. A communication log recording part 52 records date and hour when the speech communication service is provided, the name of the customer who performs the calling job, the name of the customer who receives the speech communication service and the period of time when the speech communication service is provided when the speech communication service is finished.
