PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid, for forming a photocatalytic film for flexographic printing, which is excellent in stability with time and can form a photocatalytic film excellent in photocatalytic activity, mechanical strength such as scratch resistance and the like, and durability such as acid resistance, alkali resistance and the like on the surface of a plate-like body without uneven film thickness by means of the flexographic printing method excellent in economical production. SOLUTION: The coating liquid for forming a photocatalytic film for flexographic printing is obtained by adding linear diols bearing OH groups on both ends of the molecular chain for adjusting the viscosity of the coating liquid and a volatilization rate and water for inhibiting generation of streaks along the rotational direction of a roll, characteristic of the flexographic printing, in a photocatalytic film obtained, to a Si element-containing compound and/or a Zr element-containing compound, TiO2 crystal fine particles and acetylacetone, and adjusting the concentration of each composition to a preferable one to impart excellent photocatalytic effects and durability to the photocatalytic film.
