PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-package, moisture-curable urethane resin composition which has a high adbesiveness to a rigid poly (vinyl chloride) and is excellent in the storage stability. SOLUTION: The one-package, moisture-curable urethane resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a urethane prepolymer, 10-200 pts.wt. of a filler, and 0.05-2 pts.wt. of an organic titanium compound [Ti(OR)4] or a condensate thereof (R is each independently a group selected from the group consisting of an acetylacetone residue, an acetoacetic ester residue, a glycol residue and an alcohol residue, but at least one of Rs is a group selected from the group consisting of an acetylacetone residue, an acetoacetic ester residue and a glycol residue).
