PURPOSE: A bioremediation method of contaminated soil is provided to promote activation of soil microorganisms and prevent generation of nitrate underground water due to injection of non-decomposed organic matter by simply purifying noxious substance of organic solvent accumulated in soil and producing oxygen structure of the soil at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The bioremediation method of contaminated soil is characterized in that the contaminated soils are treated using an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide to which oxygen generation type photosynthesis bacteria are added, wherein the oxygen generation type photosynthesis bacteria are purple non-sulfur bacteria, the contaminated object is soil contaminated by organic matter selected from the group consisting of 1,1-dichloroethylene, dichloromethane, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichloroethylene, cis-1,3-dichloropropane, trans-1,3-dichloropropane, 1,1,2-trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, and benzene, and the contaminated object is an object contaminated by noxious or malodorous molecules generated from non-decomposed organic matter. The bioremediation of contaminated soils is characterized in that 200 to 250 liters of an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide having a concentration of 300 to 1400 parts per million to which 500 time diluted oxygen generation type photosynthesis bacteria are added are sprayed on an acre of soil area. The method for removing a noxious or malodorous gas is characterized in that 100 to 200 liters of an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide having a concentration of 300 to 700 parts per million to which 500 time diluted oxygen generation type photosynthesis bacteria are added are sprayed on a ton of sediment of fermented organic matter. |
