PURPOSE: A tray stop apparatus of a handler is provided to place a tray transferred from the other side at a correct position with securing a smooth transform of the tray during the transform operation by a tray transfer of the handler as well as to constrain the tray on the positing accurately at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A tray stop apparatus of a handler for removably supporting both sides of a tray to align a tray transferred from a side of test site of the handler to a predetermined position includes a stopper(810) for supporting a front part of the proceeding direction of the tray and a clamp(850) for supporting a backward part of the proceeding direction of the tray. The stopper(810) includes a fixed bracket for supporting a side frame of the test site, a fixing member for fixing the fixed bracket, an operating axis for linearly moving along an axis of the fixing member, a supporting member for supporting the tray by installing at a side of the operating axis with a circular motion, an operating piece for linearly moving the operating axis with a circling motion by an external operating means, a supporting block for supporting the supporting member during the circling motion of the supporting member, a first elastic member for supplying a resilient force to return the supporting member to an original position and a second elastic member for supplying a resilient force to return the operating axis to an original position. The clamp(850) includes a bracket for installing in such a way that it is fixed to the opposite side frame of the test site frame installed the stopper(810), a supporting member for supporting a backward part of the tray proceeding direction, a restriction member for restricting the circling range of the supporting member and an elastic member for supplying a resilient force to return the supporting member to an original position. |
