TURBO FAN STRUCTURE FOR CEILING BUILT-IN TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A turbo fan structure is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by injection molding the turbo fan into a single body, while increasing air volume and reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: A turbo fan(27) comprises a shroud(27b) arranged at a side of a blade(27a) and which guides the sucked air; a hub(27c) having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the shroud for an ease of injection mold; and the blade extended in a vertical direction from the shroud, and arranged to be inclined in such a manner that the air inlet side has a radius gradually increasing as it goes from the shroud toward the hub, to thereby increase the volume of air being sucked. The outer diameter of the hub is larger than the inner diameter of the blade at the hub side, such that the hub and the blade are integrally formed into a single.
