PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of enlarging the variable width of a fuel pressure to be supplied, while forming the fuel supply device into a module by being incorporated in a fuel tank. SOLUTION: This fuel supply device is provided with a fuel pump 1 for supplying fuel to a fuel injection valve 300 which injects the fuel to an internal combustion engine 400, a fuel supply passage LF communicating between the fuel pump 1 and the fuel injection valve 300, and a pressure regulator 2 provided in the fuel supply passage LF and regulating the pressure of the fuel to be supplied to the fuel injection valve 300. The pressure regulator 2 is provided with a back pressure chamber 2r, a pressure regulating chamber 2c, and a valve part 2B regulating the pressure of the pressure regulating chamber according to the introduction pressure applied to the back pressure chamber 2r. The back pressure chamber 2r is connected to a back pressure forming passage LC different from the fuel supply passage LF to be connected to the pressure regulating chamber 2c and a medium fuel pressure P1 between the fuel pressure of the fuel supply passage LF and fuel tank pressure P0 is introduced therein.
