PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion efficiency by controlling and maneuvering strong physical characteristics of magnetism while preventing effects of magnetic leak on electronic devices for utilizing the magnetism to an internal combustion engine to take advantages of invention of a magnet generating extremely high magnetic force lines which has been utilized for devices in various fields to promote development. SOLUTION: In installing this device for improving combustion efficiency of an automobile, a boiler, etc., the magnetic force lines need be controlled to actuate in one direction only. By combining a yoke and a shield plate, the magnetic force lines radial in any direction are controlled, thereby circuits and devices are composed to achieve high magnetic force with less effects on the external.
