PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new amine compound and an organic electroluminescent element having a long light-emitting life and excellent in endurance. SOLUTION: This amine compound is expressed by general formula (1), and the organic electroluminescent element nipping for holding at least one layer containing at least one kind of the amine compound expressed by general formula (1) between a pair of electrodes is also provided.
