PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine starting method from an idle stop in a vehicle such as a motorcycle improving reliability. SOLUTION: An engine starting condition from an idle stop state satisfies all of three conditions of an on state of a seat seating switch 7, an on state of a handle grip switch 9 and the detection of a throttle changed from a closed position to an open position by a throttle opening sensor.
