PURPOSE: A system and a method for inputting information are provided to improve input speed and accuracy by detecting the motion of fingers in a space or on a plane surface and to enhance recognition rate and reliability by using force and visual feedback and spatial information inputting process. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(510) attached to a specific portion of a hand or a finger. An information input processing unit(550) converts the motion information of the hand or finger into hand or finger position information. On the basis of the position information, a corresponding finger is decided and an information input completion signal is generated from the information input processing unit. A processor(530) transmits finger motion information data to the information input processing unit and receives the information input completion signal of the corresponding finger. An analog-digital converting unit converts the motion information sensed by the sensor into a digital signal. A force generating unit is included in the analog-digital converting unit. A communication module(536) transmits modulated motion information to the information input unit and receives the information input completion signal from the information input unit. |
