PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a blade replaceable razor capable of easily and surely mounting a replaceable blade. SOLUTION: The holder 12 for the blade-replaceable-type razor is mainly constituted of both a holder main body with a fixed sandwiching part 21 at a tip part and a rotating sandwiching part 20 opposite to the holder main body. A first replaceable blade sandwiching part 23 and a second replaceable blade sandwiching part 39 for sandwiching the replaceable blade 13 are each formed in the fixed sandwiching part 21 and the rotating sandwiching part 20. A first restricting protruded part 26 and a second restricting protruded part 42 are each formed in the highest parts of the replaceable blade sandwiching parts 23 and 39. The rotating sandwiching part 20 in the holder 12 is biased by a plate spring 30 mounted to the upper part of the fixed sandwiching part 21 so that the lower edge of the second replaceable blade sandwiching part 39 is rotated in the direction of the lower edge of the first replaceable blade sandwiching part 23. A gap 44 is formed between the lower edge of the first replaceable sandwiching part 23 and the lower edge of the second replaceable blade sandwiching part 39 by the contact of the second restricting protruded part 42 with the first restricting protruded part 26.
