PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph capable of obtaining a radiographic image having a high diagnostic value by improving a contrast of an image of a patient' s affected part without correcting a direction of providing a grid for removing a scattered X-ray in a tensional state by directly contacting the grid by an operator at each photographing time in the radiograph for photographing the patient's affected part mounted on a top plate. SOLUTION: The radiograph 1 photographs the patient's affected part mounted on the top plate 2. The radiograph 1 comprises a grid direction changing ring 22 having a scattering X-ray removing grid plate 24 on a front surface of a radiographic image recorder/reader 20 and rotatably disposed in an X-ray irradiating direction. Accordingly, the providing direction of the grid in the tensional state can be freely set at a photographing time by considering the scanning direction of a scanner in the recorder/reader 20 to be used, and can be freely changed.
