PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pseudoadhesive paper preventing a decrease of adhesion due to an ultraviolet light exposure. SOLUTION: The pseudoadhesive paper comprises using, as a base agent, a non-releasing adhesive comprising a natural rubber adhesive as a principal component, and forming a pseudoadhesive layer containing a finely divided particle filler on at least a part of a shielded information surface of a substrate sheet, the finely divided particle filler being white carbon having an average agglomerated particle diameter of 1-3μm according to Coulter counter method, and linseed oil absorption of >=2200 ml/100 g on the basis of JIS K 5101, and the pseudoadhesive layer containing the white carbon of 20-50 wt.% in a solid content.
