PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable liquid crystal compound having a large .n and good coatability on an oriented film, and capable of being easily oriented. SOLUTION: This liquid crystalline (meth)acrylate compound is represented by general formula (1) (wherein, Y1 is -Cn H2n -, -Cn H2n O- or -(Cm H2m O)p - [wherein, n is an integer of 2-12; m is an integer of 2-6; and p is an integer of 2-6); Y2 and Y3 are each -CO2 -, -OCO-, -C≡C- or a single bond (with the proviso that at least one of Y2 and Y3 is -C≡C-); Q1 is -H or -CH3 ; Q2 , Q3 and Q4 are each independently-F,-Cl,-H,-CH3 , -C2 H5 or -OCH3 ; Q5 is-CN, -F or -OCVH2 V+1 (wherein, v is an integer of 1-6); and q, s and t are each independently 1 or 2].
