PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment for illumination, which improves the beam immediately after lamp lighting and at the time of low temperature, in lighting equipment of a discharge tube, which is adapted also to high frequency operation. SOLUTION: In the lighting equipment for illumination equipped with a resonance load circuit containing a discharge tube, a power supply circuit generating direct-current voltage from commercial alternate-current voltage, and an inverter, which converts the generated direct-current voltage into alternate-current voltage and supplies it to the resonance load circuit, a control circuit, which controls electric power supplied to the resonance load circuit in response with operation parameters of the discharge tube from immediately after lighting of the discharge tube, is provided. |
