MULTI LAYER THIN FILM GLASS LENS FORMING SELECTIVE COLOR AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COLOR

PURPOSE: A multi layer thin film glass lens is provided which form a selective color, and a method for controlling the color is provided which control to obtain a reflective color and a transparent color by controlling a kind and an arrangement order of a dielectric and a thickness of a thin film. CONSTITUTION: According to the glass lens comprising a multi layer thin film, dielectric thin films having a low refractive index and a high refractive index are deposited in turn on a convex surface and a concave surface of a plastic glass lens coated with a hard film by a vacuum deposition method. A reflective color is formed by increasing a reflectivity as to a wavelength(lambda 0) capable of obtaining a desired color in a visible ray band on the convex surface. And a transparent color of a wavelength(lambda 1) is formed by increasing a transmittance as to wavelengths of the other band except the wavelength(lambda 0) on the concave surface.
