PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air control device for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing an occupant from receiving excessive uncomfortable feeling due to changes of a combustion condition of the internal combustion engine even when opening and closing an intake air stream control valve. SOLUTION: Opening and closing of the intake air stream control valve are controlled in accordance with the degree of the stability (for example, the number of revolution of the engine) of a combustion condition of the internal combustion engine during a period from the star-up and warm-up of the internal combustion engine.
