PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet which allows locking of its drawer at both side portions, to thereby enhance the anti-theft performance thereof. SOLUTION: In the drawer 2 of the cabinet, a locking device 8 comprised of a lock main body 5, a pair of right and left link pieces 6, and a pair of right and left locking/unlocking bars 7, is provided on a rear surface of a front plate 2 of the drawer 2. The lock main body 5 includes a vertically movable operating piece 9. The link pieces 6 have their upper ends pivoted on the operating piece 9. The locking/unlocking bars 7 have their inner ends pivoted on lower ends of the respective link pieces 6. When the cabinet is locked, side ends of the respective locking/unlocking bars 7 are engaged with engaging holes formed in inner surfaces of respective side plates of the cabinet main body.
