PURPOSE: A functional soy sauce is provided, thereby immunity of a human body can be improved, the occurrence of diseases can be prevented, and aging can be also prevented. CONSTITUTION: The functional soy sauce is provided by preparing salted water; washing fermented soybeans with water; inserting 600g of Japanese Elm, 600g of Japanese angelica tree and 600g of mulberry tree into a pot; inserting the washed fermented soybeans into the pot; pouring the salted water into the pot; inserting charcoal into the pot; inserting dried jujube and dried pepper into the pot; covering the pot and fermenting it for 40 to 60 days; removing charcoal, pepper and jujube and filtering the content in the pot; boiling the filtered soy sauce; and packaging the functional soy sauce. |
