PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt grasping means capable of considerably decreasing the production cost and adequately copying with the intervals between horizontal steel bars and anchor bolts which vary for individual design. SOLUTION: This holding means comprises a horizontal steel bar gripping portion 11 grasping a horizontal steel bar S, an anchor bolt inserting portion 12 inserting the anchor bolt A, and a coupling portion 13 which connects a horizontal steel bar gripping portion 11 to the anchor bolt inserting portion 12 in such a manner that the anchor bolt A becomes vertical when the horizontal steel bar gripping portion 11 grasps the horizontal steel bars S, and the anchor bolt holding means 1 is made by bending one sheet metal 1a.
