STATOR OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE

PURPOSE: To obtain a stator of a small-sized rotary electric machine having superior cooling characteristic. CONSTITUTION: At the coupling part of a stator coil 81A, the end portions of the continuous conductor wires 32 extended from the addresses 1 and 6 of a pair of slots isolated by six slots are joined (far-address junction area 311-6), the end portions of the continuous conductor wires 32 extended from the addresses 2 and 3 are joined (near-address junction area 312-3), and moreover the end portions of the continuous conductor wires 32 extended from the addresses 4 and 5 are joined (near-address junction area 314-5). The near address junction areas 312-3, 214-5 are arranged in two lines in the circumferential direction in the radial direction with the axial direction height set identical, while the far address junction area 311-6 is arranged in the same axial direction height in one side of circumferential direction side of the near-address junction areas arranged in the circumferential direction.
