PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing device of Yu-kwa(korean traditional oil and honey pastry) which comprises a double layered steamer to effectively control the generation of condensate. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device of Yu-Kwa consists of the parts of: a steamer with double walls(41)(42) and a ventilating part(43) therebetween; gas exhausting pipes(2)(10) which are connected with the ventilating part and the inside of the steamer individually; an air supplying pipe(44) which is connected to the inside of the steamer; and steam supplying pipes(13a)(13b) which are connected to the inside of the steamer and the ventilating part.
