摘要 A voltage conversion circuit (20), comprising: a first power transistor (22); a second power transistor (23), wherein the second power transistor is turned off when the first power transistor is turned on, and is turned on when the first power transistor is turned off; a first energy storage element (24); a second energy storage element (25), which is used to couple with the first power transistor and the second power transistor; and a discharge module (26), which is used to couple with the first power transistor, and provide a current path for a current which flows from a source electrode of the first power transistor to the ground when the first power transistor is turned off and the voltage of the source electrode of the first power transistor reaches a threshold value of the source electrode. The voltage conversion circuit can reduce a voltage difference between a drain electrode and the source electrode of the first power transistor, lower the risk of burnout of the first power transistor, and avoid increasing manufacturing costs.
