PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber wiring member, with which local bending is eliminated on the crossing of optical fibers inside a crossing part, the transmission characteristics of optical fibers are not deteriorated, there is flexibility and the freedom of wiring is not disturbed. SOLUTION: An optical fiber wiring member 1 arrays/integrates a plurality of optical fibers 2 on a plane, and each of a plurality of optical fibers 2 is provided with a crossing part 5 including at least one crossing 51, where an upper layer optical fiber 2a and a lower layer optical fiber 2b cross, and a connecting part 6 to a terminal, with which the optical fiber is extended to the outer peripheral edge of this crossing part 5. The upper layer optical fiber 2a and the lower layer optical fiber 2b are almost parallel fixed onto planar substrates 3a and 3b closely to the crossing 51 of optical fibers 2 and have flexibility integrally with the substrates 3a and 3b.
