摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the injecting amount of a fluid. SOLUTION: A flow rate detecting means 11 continuously detects the flow rate of the fluid flowing through an injection pipe 3 and outputs flow rate signals, and an integrating means 123B integrates the flow rate signals outputted from the detecting means 11. An arithmetic and control means 123 monitors the change of the integrated value of the flow rate calculated by means of the integrating means 123B with time, and predicts the timing of the integrated value reaching a prescribed integrated flow rate at which an automatic valve 4 is closed. At the same time, the means 123 gives a closing signal to the valve 4 a little earlier than the timing by the time required for closing the valve 4. Consequently, the injecting amount of the fluid can be controlled so that the amount may accurately become a prescribed amount in total including the flow rate during the closing time of the valve 4 even when the flow rate detecting means 11 which continuously detects the flow rate is used.
