PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-bound booklet for which a spine cover part can be provided by a simple method and on the back of which a title or a commodity name can be presented. SOLUTION: A pair of front and back covers 2 and 3 and a plurality of interior paper sheets 4 held between these covers are bound together by inserting a ring 6 through a line of holes provided in the side edges of the covers and the interior paper sheets. The ring-bound booklet 1 thus constituted is provided with a spine cover member 8 wherein a line of holes corresponding to the above line of holes is formed and which has a first insert 10 and a second insert 12 inserted respectively between the paired covers and the interior paper sheets and has a spine cover part 7 connecting the first and second inserts at the back of the interior paper sheets.
