PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer device and a temperature maintaining tank for a combination faucet capable of maintaining temperature of hot water to be supplied when operating to supply hot water after temporarily interrupting the supply of hot water in the combination faucet. SOLUTION: This combination faucet 1 having a hot water flow inlet 1a, a water inlet 1b and a mixture part 1c, a water supply pipe 3 connected to the water flow inlet 1b, a temperature maintaining tank T connected to the hot water inlet 1a, and a hot water supply pipe 2 connected to the temperature maintaining tank T are provided. The temperature maintaining tank T has a storage part 26 for storing hot water flowing inside of the hot water supply pipe 2 and means 27 and 28 for insulating temperature of hot water inside of the storage part 26 and/or heating the water inside of the storage part 26.
