PURPOSE: A tooling pin for clamping a steel plate is provided to clamp or unclamp various kinds of steel plates by controlling a position of the steel plate and adjusting height of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A steel plate(1) is directly clamped or unclamped by a tooling pin of a tooling pin device. The tooling pin device includes a jig base and an actuator device formed at an upper portion of the jig base. The actuator device includes a tooling pin section having a body part(11) and a pin part. The tooling pin section is inserted into a tooling hole from a lower portion of the steel plate(1). A clamping device is installed in the tooling pin section. The clamping device is operated by pneumatic pressure so as to clamp the steel plate(1) by inserting the pin part of the tooling pin section into the tooling hole of the steel plate(1).
