摘要 In some embodiments, an automated system comprises one or more biometric sensors, an interactive screen, and an exercise routine generation application communicable with a mobile application. In some embodiments, the mobile application receives data from an automated station and displays exercise routines, other exercise information, or both. In some embodiments, the mobile application includes a scanner to scan labels, other indicia, or physical or other features of an exercise machine or other exercise apparatus to identify the machine or apparatus. In some embodiments, the mobile application communicates with one or more local or remote databases identifying differing exercise facility locations within a geographic area and identifying exercise apparatus available in each of the differing facilities.

An electronic fitness improvement system comprising: A. at least one weighing scale; B. at least one bioimpedance measurement machine comprising two or more analog biometric sensors in electrical signal communication with i. the body of a user,ii. at least one alternating current (AC) analog voltage signal generator,iii. at least one analog AC voltage measuring device, andiv. at least one analog AC current measuring device; C. one or more network servers comprising one or more databases; and D. one or more instance(s) of fixed location or mobile application(s) in data communication with said one or more network servers, wherein the operation of each particular instance of said fixed location or mobile application is associated with a particular user; wherein the system is configured to: a. receive, from said one or more instance(s) of the fixed location or mobile application(s), information about the type of exercise resources and their location at more than one exercise facility accessible to system users and store said information in said one or more databases;b. obtain the location of a particular system user;c. measure the weight of said particular system user via said at least one weighing scale;d. measure the bioimpedance of said particular system user at one or more frequencies via said at least one bioimpedance measurement machine;e. retrieve, from said received information about the type and location of exercise resources more than one exercise facility accessible to system users previously stored in said one or more database(s), information about the type and location of exercise resources at more than one exercise facility within the geographic locale of said particular user;f. use at least said retrieved information about the type and location of exercise resources within the geographic locale of said particular user, the measured weight of the particular system user, and the measured bioimpedance of the particular system user to generate an exercise workout recommendation for said particular system user; andg. provide information about the type and location of exercise resources within the geographic locale of said particular user and the generated exercise workout recommendation to said particular system user via the fixed location or mobile application associated with said particular user.
