PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cooking soy sauce preserving crabs by mixing crabs, a marinating sauce and soy sauce in an appropriate ratio and maturing them, to improve their taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for cooking soy sauce preserving crabs comprises the steps of: trimming crabs; filling a marinating sauce consisting of finely cut shallot, pepper powders, diced garlic and sesame seeds into their shell; placing them into a container then pouring soy sauce; and maturing them at low temperature. |
