PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-monitoring system which can record generation of momentary reduction of voltage in a power system and can record the time of the generation. SOLUTION: A voltage-monitoring system comprises information terminals for obtaining a voltage data of the power system and including a digital converting function and a timing management function, a network for connecting information terminals allocated in the power system, a server connected in this network for collecting voltage data of information terminals and a data refer means for referring to the data over the server. Since the data refer means is capable of monitoring voltages of the same time in the power system, voltage conditions, such as instantaneous reduction phenomenon of voltage or the like, can be detected with a general browser function of a personal computer or the like.
