PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent breaking structure capable of providing a variety of current breaking characteristics. SOLUTION: In the overcurrent-breaking structure, a current-carrying path to be broken by overcurrent is composed of conductor wires 31 and 32 and is sealed with resin, the breaking characteristics are varied, by providing a resin coating layer near the conductor wires 31 and 32 as thin recessed parts 51 and 52 , reducing a width W1 of connection terminals 11 and 21 to which the conductor wire 31 is connected by comparison with a width W2 of connection terminals 12 and 22 to which the conductor wire 32 is connected, varying the thermal conductivities of the conductor wires 31 and 32 when there is an overcurrent, and varying temperature rises of the conductor wires 31 and 32 .
