PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable E-mail transmitting/receiving and browser connection within a regulation area. SOLUTION: In the system for wirelessly controlling the power source of a portable terminal 21 for regulating transmitting/receiving in the case of telephone calling inside the regulation area, this system is provided with power source parts 45 and 46 for supplying power to a radio part 23 for performing transmitting/receiving and power supply control parts 24A and 31 for stopping the supply of power from the power source part during waiting when a mode is set for regulating transmitting/receiving of a telephone call inside the regulation area, and supplying power only to the radio part from the power source part, which temporarily stops supplying power, only when browser data are acquired while a browser connection is requested during waiting.
