Sheet-type packs prepared by adding a refreshing agent, a perfume and/or a sebum-controlling agent to a base comprising a water-soluble polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, a crosslinking agent, water and a skin-care component. These packs exert favorable effects on the skin, high safety and an excellen t effect of relaxing mind and body while maintaining an appropriate stickiness to the skin.
