PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the influence of an alternating field on the collection equipment of data when collecting data in the alternating field and to simplify the collection work, and to miniaturize an apparatus and at the same time measure data in an object being carried. SOLUTION: Equipment for measuring and storing data in an alternating field is surrounded by an insulating heat-insulating material, and is composed by combining a magnetic material for surrounding data collection storage equipment being surrounded by the insulating heat-insulating material, and a case that surrounds the magnetic material and generates a magnetic field opposite to the alternating field.
