PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cleaner composition having superior washability and a drying property, along with having ozone disrupting coefficient of nil because of containing no chlorine-based solvent or flon, and no flash point. SOLUTION: The cleaner composition includes (a) 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoro butane of 20 wt.%-80 wt.%, and (b) at least one sort of hydrocarbon-based solvent selected from normal paraffin-based, isoparaffin-based, naphthenic, and aromatic- based solvent, of 20-80 wt.%.
