PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool of which the deflection at the tip of a cutting edge can be adjusted in a rotation cutting tool in which the tip of the cutting edge made of a sheet of board is pinched into a slit provided in the tip portion of a tool body. SOLUTION: An adjustable sheet 4 and the tip 3 of the cutting edge are connected directly with each other and supported by a concave-convex face, by fitting and equipping the adjustable sheet 4 to the bottom portion of a groove in a slit 2. A projecting bar 13 forced to extend in the axial direction is provided in the center portion of the side of a groove bottom face in the adjustable sheet 4, and the projecting bar 13 is made to be pinched and carried by two pieces of adjusting threads 15 inserted oppositely from the direction in which the adjustable sheet 4 is allowed to slide within the slit 2.
