PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a urinal enabling a physically handicapped person to urinate while stably supporting a human body and confirming a urinating direction by looking at his private part at the time of utilizing the urinal and improving handleability even for a healthy person. SOLUTION: The handrail for the urinal is composed of side handrails attached to a wall surface at both side parts of the urinal hung on the wall surface and a support handrail installed over the side handrails for supporting the human body. The support handrail is provided in front of the urinal in the plane view and at least a center part is constituted so as to view the inside of a urinal bowl from the upper part of the urinal. Further, at least the center part of the support handrail is positioned on a wall side more than the upper edge part of the urinal.
